There is no point in this existing, but here it is.
And yes, the Luigi sprites were made by toruzz and co. Garatchten gives full credit to them for the base of the sprites, but Garatchten edited them to fit the Mario Land 2 theme.
They are not identical to Mario though, so Luigi has a slightly different look. Garatchten also took it in to his own hands to edit the mechanical statue, though it isn’t the “Luigi Zone”, it’s the “Luigi Site”....
